RETURNS POLICY PAGE
Returns must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise and must be accompanied by the original receipt (No copies will be accepted). If there is a problem with your order, please notify us immediately by phone, e-mail or fax of your need to return any items. This allows us to discuss the problem with you and direct you on the best approach for return / credit / refund / exchange arrangements. Returned items must reach us within 7 business days of original receipt. Your failure to notify us immediately may nullify any credit or refund to you. The address for returned items is below.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise returned for refund or credit.

Videotapes, Audiocassettes, Compact Discs, Patterns, Musical Instruments, DVD’s and items for hair or head: None of these items, including Zils, are returnable for refund or credit. If one of these items contains a significant manufacturing defect, the item will be replaced with an identical undamaged item.
Custom and Special Orders: This is our area of specialty. Please understand that because most of these imported items are hand made to your specific requirements you must allow a minimum of 16 weeks for delivery. A 50% deposit is required when you place your order. The balance plus shipping is due upon notification that your order is ready. Failure to pay the balance within 14 days of notification results in loss of your deposit and order. In the event you cancel a special order before it arrives you will forfeit your deposit.
